Sup so basically I bought a "Coinbase account with paypal" for $35 some time ago. He did deliver the coinbase account after a bunch of waiting and reminding him, however it had no paypal linked and he didn't send the paypal account itself either. After asking again hes just ignoring it completly. Proof:
